Yearbook 2018

The Yearbook also includes despatches from serving officers in far flung parts and that the vast majority of authors are ARNO members reflects great credit on our own Association. It is particularly pleasing that they and others continue to fly the White Ensign across such an impressive breadth of influential roles.

Other articles come from sources across the globe in Estonia, Brest, Washington, Naples, Gibraltar and Ottawa. Closer to home we include news from the British Antarctic Survey, the proposed Battle of Atlantic memorial in Liverpool, a sheep farm in Herefordshire and an amusing (in hindsight only we should imagine) story of an eventful run ashore in Campeltown. These, articles from the front line and excerpts from recent naval books all make for a worthwhile read
