Hear about the adventures of retired Commander Penny Melville-Brown on her prizewinning world cooking tour.  She talks about overcoming her blindness, cooking with professional chefs and home-cooks across six continents, surviving near-death in an accident and rebuilding her life.  All to commemorate James Holman, another RN officer blinded in Service 200 years ago.  They both display the traditions of the Royal Navy: leadership, determination and ambition!
