Agamemnon Housing Association is a successful organisation with an established reputation for providing high-quality, affordable accommodation and independent living for people over 60 years of age, with priority given to those who have served in the Armed Forces.
We are now looking to recruit a strong and influential leader, someone to enhance what we currently provide as well as to play an active role in identifying and managing exciting opportunities for future growth.
Can you demonstrate a proven track record of working effectively with a wide range of people and organisations? Do you possess excellent management, communications and administrative abilities? Do you have intermediate-level software skills that enable you to use computer programs and applications effectively? Have you (ideally) got a working knowledge of the housing and care needs of older people?
If you believe you have the right blend of business acumen, people skills and leadership ability, we’d love to hear from you.
If appointed, you will lead a small team of talented and motivated staff, dedicated to ensuring we provide ‘homes’ and not just ‘houses’. You will ensure we have the right information, structure, processes and people to deliver what we commit to deliver to existing and new residents. And you will be developing different, innovative ways of working to maximise our operational effectiveness.
