ARNO and the RNOC are delighted to welcome new Chair, Rear Admiral Mike Kimmons CB.  The handover took place during an online Council Meeting earlier today.  Trustees used the opportunity to formally thank Surgeon Commodore Jim Sykes OStJ, who has been a Trustee for over a decade and Chair since 2016.  ARNO and the RNOC are extremely grateful to Jim for his dedicated commitment over the years and wish him the very best in this his second retirement.  It is hoped that there will be an opportunity in the future for members to say goodbye and offer their personal thanks.
